About Corridor

Software development is becoming autonomous. The fastest teams already work this way, and at Corridor, we are leading the way on secure development as the rest of the industry follows.

Security tools were designed for a world where a person wrote the code and a person reviewed it. That's changing quickly. Corridor is securing software factories. We are the security solution for software that builds itself at every level of autonomy. We are preventing vulnerabilities as agents write code, and guiding teams to help decide what's safe to ship.

We're a talented and growing team, led by Jack Cable (Former CISA - Secure by Design) and Ashwin Ramaswami (Former CISA, Stanford, and Schmidt Futures), backed by Conviction, with a $25M Series A led by Felicis and our customers include ElevenLabs, Lovable, Mercor, and Langchain.

The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers get the most value from Corridor and build long-term, successful partnerships with us.

You’ll build out processes and own a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle - from onboarding and adoption through ongoing engagement, renewal, and expansion. We want someone excited to own and build; adding creativity and personality to how we support our customers.

What You’ll Do

Lead onboarding and adoption, helping customers successfully implement Corridor and realize value quickly.
Monitor customer health, identify risks early, and proactively address challenges.
Drive ongoing engagement, renewals, and opportunities to deepen adoption and expand usage.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and solve problems.
Share customer feedback and insights to help improve the product and overall customer experience.

Who You Are

You’re a high-ownership, customer-focused operator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
You have experience managing B2B customers and driving adoption, retention, and growth.
You’re comfortable working with technical customers and can quickly learn complex products.
You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
You’re an excellent communicator who can build trust with both technical and executive stakeholders.
You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of customer outcomes.

Qualifications

3–6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions, or another customer-facing role
Experience managing B2B customers through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
Experience with technical products, ideally cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or AI
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in an early-stage environment
