Build and maintain C-suite relationships within strategic accounts.
Drive public references: case studies, whitepapers, press releases.
Identify and advance expansion opportunities with Sales.
Build the playbooks and processes for our US CS motion.

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

8+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management in enterprise software.
A track record of expanding accounts and driving ARR growth.
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
Confidence at C-suite level and strong commercial instincts.
Experience building a CS practice from an early stage.

What's in it for you:

Build the US CS practice from scratch, with a path to a global remit.
Competitive base salary of $180k-$220k with an early-stage equity package.
