Role Description The Implementation Project Manager (Agentic AI) will lead end-to-end implementation projects for TMSfirst’s AI-enabled global TMS and logistics solutions in a full-time, remote capacity. This role coordinates discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live activities while managing timelines, risks, and project documentation. The Implementation Project Manager will collaborate closely with customers, internal product and engineering teams, and carrier/shipper stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of Agentic AI capabilities. Daily responsibilities include facilitating project meetings, tracking milestones, optimizing implementation processes, and aligning solutions with customer business objectives and operational workflows. The role also focuses on driving customer satisfaction, collecting feedback, and ensuring that implemented solutions deliver measurable value and support long-term customer growth.

- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience building trust, managing expectations, and delivering successful onboarding experiences.
- Experience with transportation, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS platforms, especially TMS or visibility solutions, is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or Agentic AI systems, cloud-native architectures, and configurable workflows is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
