2+ years of experience managing ERP or enterprise software implementation projects
Strong understanding of business operations such as accounting, manufacturing, inventory, or logistics
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom solutions
