About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager who can bridge the gap between our clients and our engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of IanaiERP.
This role requires a deep understanding of business workflows, process analysis, and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions. You’ll manage implementation projects end-to-end — from requirements gathering to go-live — ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze client business workflows and identify ERP implementation requirements
- Plan, manage, and deliver ERP deployment projects (scope, schedule, communication, and quality)
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the development team
- Document and communicate requirements, specifications, and feedback clearly
- Provide both customer support and technical guidance during implementation
- Coordinate internal resources and monitor progress to meet project milestones
- Identify process improvements and propose new features to enhance the system
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience managing ERP or enterprise software implementation projects
- Strong understanding of business operations such as accounting, manufacturing, inventory, or logistics
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom solutions
- Technical background or familiarity with SQL, APIs, or software architecture
- Experience working in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Prior experience in a SaaS or startup environment
- Multilingual ability (Korean, Japanese, or other languages a plus)
